We have a discounted group room rate at our reception venue, the Renaissance Chicago Glenview Suites Hotel. You can book a room with the group rate by using this link or by calling the hotel's toll-free Reservation Line: 844-205-4170.
If calling the number or booking through other means, you must mention you're a member of the (McNair - Stover Wedding) when making the reservation in order to receive the group rate.
Note: Reservations must be received before Sunday, June 8th in order to get the group rate at the Renaissance. That being said, booking a room at the Renaissance is not required if you'd like to seek accommodations elsewhere.
During the day of, the Renaissance will have a free shuttle service to and from the ceremony location. More details on the shuttle schedule will be shared here closer to the event.

For those staying at the Renaissance, the hotel also offers a complimentary shuttle service to local offices, the Metra Train Station, and nearby attractions within a 5-mile radius. If you plan on using this, please contact the hotel ahead of time as the shuttle is by appointment only and the driver may go home early if there are no appointments booked.
For those traveling out of state, the nearest airport is the Chicago O'Hare International Airport, and the nearest Amtrak train station is Chicago Union Station. If not driving or renting a car, there are plenty of taxis and ride share options at both locations that can take you to the hotel. Once at the hotel, the Renaissance offers a complimentary shuttle service (see above for more details).
Alternatively, there are multiple routes with public transportation:
From both O'hare and Union Station, you can take the Blue Line subway (also called the "L") to the Jefferson Park Transit Center and then take the 270 bus to the 1275 N Milwaukee Ave stop, which is right outside the hotel. From Union Station, you can also take the Metra train station's Milwaukee District North (MD-N) line to the Glenview stop, which is 3.5 miles from the hotel and the hotel offers complimentary shuttles to the Metra line.
